We are seeking a results-driven Telehealth Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with existing healthcare clients. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Account Manager, this role is responsible for supporting customers and managing their individual sales activities. This position has a thorough knowledge of the organization's business and offerings, implements strategic plans to grow accounts, manages and strengthens client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and coordinates with teams to deliver on client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Client Success
- Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned telehealth accounts.
- Maintains accurate client records in CRM
- Builds strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers, administrators, and customers.
- Conducts regular account reviews to assess performance, satisfaction, and growth/sales opportunities.
- Identifies and resolves client concerns in collaboration with internal teams.
- Site visits/travel, as needed.
- Develops and maintains excellent knowledge and understands the organization's offerings, and industry.
- Provides product guidance and recommendations for telehealth platforms and equipment.
- Delivers onboarding and ongoing training (virtual and onsite) for clinical and operational staff.
- Develops user-friendly training materials, quick-reference guides, and best-practice documentation.
- Partner with product and support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Identifies opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- Consultatively sells additional telehealth equipment, software, and related resources.
- Develops and executes account growth strategies to increase revenue and client utilization.
- Collaborates with sales leadership on forecasting and pipeline development.
- Prepares proposals and quotes for new and existing customers through Quick Books.
- Represents the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events, as requested.
- Delivers product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Supports the development of educational collateral, case studies, and promotional materials to drive market awareness and growth.
- BA/BS Degree in business, marketing or similar degree OR 5 years' experience in account management or customer service.
- Creative problem solver with a determination to succeed
- Independent and motivated, with the wisdom to seek help where needed
- Exceptional project management and organization skills
- Highly articulate, ability to communicate effectively both when speaking and writing
- Comfortable collaborating with different teams (IT, Marketing, Accounting, etc.)
- Familiarity with Quickbooks
