About the job Product Planning Specialist Description Responsibilities

• Develop plans for new HIMACS products (color, patterns) and establish new product launch strategies (manufactured products, OEM products).
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of HIMACS new product launches to identify best practices and areas for optimization
• Perform in-depth analysis in new product sales performance to support strategic decision making
• Operate development systems and new product quality verification systems related to new product development.
• Handle administrative and data related support to ensure administrative accuracy and availability.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:

• Experience with product planning / development, as well as project management is preferred
• Experience in sales analysis is preferred
• Bachelors degree in business administration / economics / industrial engineering
• 1-3 years of chemical and construction material industry experience is preferred but not required

• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Highly refined planning and organization skills that balance work and responsibilities in a timely manner
• Enjoy working with others and being a leader to achieve specific goals
• Highly motivated, quick-learner with ability to adapt in a new working environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Complex problem solving, Critical thinking and multitasking

• Position requires regular interaction with customers and clients.
• Position requires sitting at a desk working on a computer for at least 2/3 of time.
• Position requires minimal lifting up to 10lbs.
• Position requires regular and reliable attendance.
• Position requires travel up to _5_% of time, including overnight travel in the territory.
