We are seeking an early career Contract Administrator who is detail-oriented, organized, and manages all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from negotiation and proposal creation to execution and analysis, supporting organizational objectives. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization.
This in-office position will be located in Newnan, GA.
Responsibilities- Apply consistent methods to understand project intelligence, competitive positions, and proposal objectives.
- Work in conjunction with Project Estimator, sales, and operations to ensure timeliness and accuracy when a proposal is created, pricing is completed, contracts are established and job set up begins.
- Stay apprised of up-to-date information required to accurately and efficiently submit proposals and contracts.
- Maintain and archive records of customer information and contracts.
- Assist in the creation of best practices and procedures that will allow the company to utilize customer and contractual information without redundancy.
- High school diploma or GED and at least one (1) year of related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard.
- Good writing and verbal communication skills to effectively correspond with customers concerning proposals and contracts.
