Contract:

Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $73–$78 per hour

Key Responsibilities- Develop and structure partner selection and evaluation processes to align with company goals.
- Define partner segments (Integration, Marketplace/Platform, Clinical Partners, etc.) and provide geographic guidance.
- Identify opportunities to expand or optimize partner ecosystems.
- Create comprehensive documentation for the partnership framework, including guidelines, roles, and responsibilities.
- Codify standard relationship structures, management practices, and communication paths with key partners.
- Assist in creating a partner portfolio for managers to segment and stratify partners.
- Support design and implementation of performance metrics and KPIs for partner effectiveness.
- Outline governance with decision‑making processes and conflict resolution mechanisms.
- Risk assessment and mitigation to minimize business and partnership disruption.
- Document partnership lifecycle stages and design a framework for managing partner relations from initiation to renewal or termination.
- Define performance metrics and operational incentives for partner and partnership performance, working across teams to support B2B and B2C metrics.
- Highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnerships & Partner Management Specialist with proven ability to support planning, optimize, and implement global Partner Management Frameworks.
- Experience working with partner management leaders, strategy consultants, and cross‑functional teams to centralize frameworks and implement best practices.
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
- Experience in driving account strategy across a range of partner types.
