As a Master Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing vehicles while ensuring our customers receive the best service possible. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards and deliver outstanding results.

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued customers.
• Gain experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently.
• Promote and adhere to our standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer issues.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Strong diagnostic skills for both mechanical and electrical issues across all vehicle makes and models.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 8+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Ability to work in tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Willingness to walk or stand for the majority of the workday.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficiency in navigating a computer.
