- Enter daily requisitions into Quick Books.
- Prepare and file requisitions accurately.
- Update bin cards on a daily basis.
- Process and issue stock items as required.
- Record entries in the tool log book, tool payment book, and stock received ledger.
- Assist in examining the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.
- Document daily deliveries and shipments to update and evaluate new inventory.
- Adhere to Quality Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Perform any related duties to your position that may be assigned to you.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Certification in Inventory, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
- Proficiency in Quick Books, Microsoft Excel, and general computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily reporting deadlines.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and record-keeping best practices.
- Understanding of workplace Health & Safety protocols.
