Part‑Time Administrative Assistant
Greensboro, NC. Hybrid role: work remotely and in office with a flexible hybrid schedule.
Pay: $15 per hour
Schedule: Part‑time, flexible hybrid schedule
Employment type: Temp to Perm
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and meetings.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing.
- Respond to emails and communications in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized records and assist with inventory management.
- Support team members with various projects as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
