Office Administrator/ Coordinator

Office Services AssociateBlairsville, GA (Onsite) — 3 months (Temp to Perm) — Mon–Fri (8am – 5pm)
Provides back-office operational support across print, mail, imaging, shipping/receiving, and light facilities services. Operates high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment, mail management systems, and related software; generates digital reports; maintains equipment readiness; and delivers consistent customer service. Reports to site leadership. Role involves light lifting, travel between buildings, and occasional overtime.
Responsibilities- Operate high-volume copy/print equipment; perform binding, finishing, QC, and final checks.
- Operate document imaging systems, image-handling software, and basic PC tools (MS Office, email, file transfer, document management systems).
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and faxes; apply postage; perform shipping and receiving.
- Inspect convenience copiers daily; clear jams, monitor quality, and elevate issues to technicians.
- Maintain meters, service logs, billing logs, inventories, and management reports.
- Respond to service calls; coordinate requests; answer questions on job status and feasibility.
- Distribute office supplies, mail, and faxes; perform filing, purging, and archiving as requested.
- Deliver completed jobs to designated locations; travel between buildings as required.
- Support meeting/conference room setups, building moves, re-lamping, light maintenance, and occasional cleaning.
- Use bindery and finishing tools (paper cutter, jogger, hole driller, shrink-wrap, stapler, tape machine, scales).
- Perform other duties as assigned; nights/weekends and off-hour emergency response may be required.
- High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years of related experience (copy/print experience preferred).
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and prioritization skills; basic math and filing accuracy.
- Good PC skills; ability to operate office machines and technical equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and required auto insurance; driving required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50–55 lbs.; push/pull wheeled equipment up to 700 lbs.
- Office work environment; ability to interpret and apply complex instructions.
