Helping others is what we do best here. As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist you will see the impact of your work directly. You will build client relationships that strengthen each year as you inspire people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money while focusing on how to wow clients now and in the future.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or at multiple locations
  • Sales/marketing experience
What you'll bring to the team
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients as they prefer
  • Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization with team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Your Expertise
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer‑service environment
  • Ability to multi‑
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
