Senior Construction Accountant

• Work in a fast-paced environment with a small-company feel.
• Be part of a major ERP implementation (Net Suite).
• Opportunity to take ownership of accounting for a new business segment as it grows.
• Direct impact on processes and decision-making.

• Perform general ledger reconciliations, focusing on balance sheet and bank accounts.
• Assist with month-end close and journal entries.
• Support ERP implementation and process improvements.
• Own the construction-related accounting, including percentage-of-completion methods.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience (senior-level preferred).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month-end close best practices.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience with construction accounting or percentage-of-completion.

• $85K-$90K base salary
