The Delaney at Georgetown Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the community.

Location:

Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area

Full-time. Tuesday - Saturday. $20 per hour.

Starting pay is $20.00/hour, based on experience.

• Perform general maintenance and repair duties including fixture installations, plumbing, minor electrical and appliance repairs, floor coverings, and some furniture installations with minimal supervision.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on complicated systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, pumping and motor systems, electrical and emergency generator systems, domestic water systems and all other aspects.
• Perform painting and refurbishing projects as assigned.
• Maintain accurate and timely inspection logs and recordkeeping as directed.
• Perform building and equipment repairs for both interior and exterior as needed in changing environments and temperatures.
• Accomplish assignments in a timely and professional manner.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Minimum one year experience in building maintenance.
