At Caring Senior Service of Georgetown , we help seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable  we continue to grow, we're seeking a high-performing Business Development & Outreach Specialist to expand our referral network and strengthen our presence across Georgetown and surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for driving sustainable referral growth and expanding strategic partnerships throughout the community.

• Develop and execute a targeted outreach strategy to generate consistent, high-quality referrals

• Build trusted relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, senior centers, case managers, and community organizations

• Represent our agency at networking events, health fairs, and industry functions

• Track outreach activity, referral sources, and performance metrics in CRM

• Collaborate closely with our care team to ensure a seamless client experience

• Meet and exceed monthly referral and growth goals

We're seeking a motivated professional who understands both relationship-building and performance accountability
.

• Proven experience in healthcare sales, outreach, business development, or community relations

• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales or referral targets

• Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills

• Self-starter mindset with high personal accountability

• Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record

• Willingness to travel throughout Georgetown, Killeen, Belton, and Temple
