Door-to-Door Sales Rep - Greater Austin

(This is a 1099, commission-only, field role.)

• Knock doors (daily)
• Talk to homeowners (daily)
• Set inspections & inspect properties – including roofing systems (daily)
• In-class training and ongoing career development program (Weekly)
• Improve through training (weekly)

• You can work outside for hours (Texas heat included)
• Take rejection
• You’re coachable and can follow a simple script
• You can show up on time every day without being chased

• Must have a personal, reliable vehicle
• Comfortable with ladders / roof inspections
• Jeans + closed-toe shoes – “carries themselves professionally” (shirts and hats provided)
• Able to work in an independent and/or team environment – Reliable
• “Thick-skinned” – a go getter who is not easily offended – Resilient
• Able to operate a company laptop and navigate programs (we train you)

• Commission (Payroll run weekly)

This full-time, on-site role

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and deliver key information
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management to generate and close leads
• Capability to participate in Training programs and adapt to company sales techniques
