Sales Porter

The Sales Porter Position supports the sales function by pulling cars from inventory, transporting customers and maintaining showroom‑ready inventory. The Sales Porter is responsible for moving the units throughout the sales process from customer demonstration to make‑ready and through delivery.

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record

• Support the sales process with vehicle movement and placement.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and in the showroom.
• Move vehicles to and from designated areas including on the lot, the storage area and from one dealership to another.
• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, free from debris and according to dealership display standards.
• Inspect incoming vehicles to detect damage and to verify the accessories listed on the invoice.
• Catalog and store vehicle manuals and keys.
• Prepare the vehicles daily for demo including wash, rinse, lock, unlock.
• Maintain the vehicle window stickers ensuring proper placement and display.
• Assist in delivering the vehicle by making it fully ready to demonstrate including set radio, clock, compass, fuel economy readings and apply Mac Haik decals.
• Fill fuel tank to designated levels.
• Transport customers and other dealership personnel.
• Assist with physical inventory of units.
• Maintain positive customer interactions to build and maintain loyalty.
• Adhere to a consistent and reliable work schedule.
• Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Mac Haik Automotive group brand.
• Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Successful completion of pre‑employment screening
