The Parts Stocker position receives and verifies incoming orders and ensures that they are stocked and recorded according to dealership standards.

• Stock shelves correctly and carefully inspect all parts for missing parts and used parts in the box.
• Pick parts for counter salespersons.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Receive shipments and verify both the order and the quantities.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Move stock from storage area and stacks efficiently on assigned pallet.
• Maintain bins and equipment.
• Assist in arrangement of department, including movement of bins as needed.
• Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean and clearly labeled.
• Keep a clean working environment and optimize space utilization with movement of bins for optimal arrangement and re-shelving.
• Assist with inventory management, counts, locating missing parts.
• Monitor the controls in place to safeguard dealership assets and customer data; report any deviations to the supervisor.
• Safely operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the parts sales process.
• Complete required training assigned through the company training portal.
• Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule.
• Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Mac Haik Automotive Group brand.
• Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Successful completion of pre-employment screening
