The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular attendance and work scheduled shifts.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Complete price changes and hang signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and recover store areas.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA principles:
• Greet the Customer.
• Uncover Needs & Wants.
• Recommend Solutions.
• Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience and provide peak coverage as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Ability to move and lift merchandise up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and provide excellent customer service.

Working Conditions:

• Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to handle merchandise, operate equipment, and perform physical tasks as described.
