The role covers non-sales functions. These duties may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the store lot or directing them to store departments or merchandise, and providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. Individuals in these positions should work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills.

They must demonstrate a high level of integrity, respond to operational concerns of all associates, stay focused on store objectives, and support key operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Support non-sales functions to contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction and efficient store operations.
• Assist customers in locating items, directing them to store departments or merchandise as needed.
• Assist with order fulfillment, administrative tasks, and cash management or program compliance where applicable.
• Collaborate with other associates, vendors, and carriers with minimal supervision.
