Overview

On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T1982) role s position is On-Demand with flexible scheduling. Starting hourly rate: $16.50 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their needs, using knowledge of tools, products, and services available in the store and area.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Promote and explain Target Loyalty programs, fulfillment services, and how to use Wallet and Target App features.
• Assist with order pickup (OPU), Drive Up, and Registry guests; follow store policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during open hours.
• Support cash office processes as needed and comply with safety policies and training.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to handle cash procedures and basic cash office tasks as needed.
• Physical ability to lift moving merchandise up to 44 pounds with or without assistance and to be mobile for scheduled shifts.
