Control Panels USA is seeking an entry level Inbound
Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team. The Inbound
Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for kitting materials for production, pulling inventory as shop or field needs, and assisting Warehouse lead.
Control Panels USA is a manufacturer of Control Panels and Relay Rack assemblies in a wide range of industries. We offer custom design and fabrication for OEM clients, contractors, and end users requiring either large or small production runs. Our factory in Georgetown, Texas houses state of the art engineering, manufacturing, and testing capabilities. This allows us to supply our customers with cost effective solutions while maintaining very competitive lead times.

Our regular work schedule is M-F 8AM-4:30PM with some overtime opportunities as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities- Manage the kitting of materials to build for production and field operations
- Manage the parts counter by pulling items as needed.
- Sign out all equipment from the system, consumables and project related parts
- Assist with cleaning out job shelves.
- Assist with verifying and signing for all inbound shipments.
- Spot-check inventory as needed.
- Communicate with purchasing department if parts are needed
- Maintain good relationships with all vendors and delivery agents.
- Uphold a clean work environment.
- Attend meetings and training deemed necessary by Management.
- Perform any other task, assignments, duties, or projects as requested by Management.
- Handling of received incorrect or damaged items – must notify Inbound Warehouse Coordinator III of all issues immediately.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, sit and stand in varying climate conditions. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
