Our client, a growing community-focused bank, is seeking a City President / Senior Commercial Lender to lead and expand its presence in the Georgetown market. This is a high-impact leadership role for an established commercial banker who already has strong roots and relationships in the Georgetown/Round Rock area.

This individual will take the lead in the Georgetown market, serving as the senior banking presence locally. The role combines production, leadership, and strategic market development. Our client is looking for someone with the experience, credibility, and “firepower” to grow the market meaningfully from day one.

• Serve as the Market Leader and primary face of the bank in Georgetown and the surrounding areas
• Lead and grow the Georgetown/Round Rock commercial banking market
• Manage and mentor the existing team in the market
• Develop new commercial relationships and expand existing ones
• Represent the bank in the community and strengthen local partnerships

• Established Senior Commercial Lender currently working in the Georgetown or Round Rock market
• Deep, active relationships within the local business community
• Proven production history and strong credit acumen
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and C&I lending preferred
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a market leadership role
• Not seeking relocation candidates; must already be embedded in the local market

• Senior Commercial Lender ready to step into a City President role
• Market-facing leader with strong business development skills
