• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly first impression as their go‑to point of contact.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure each guest has a positive experience.
• Efficiently manage appointment confirmations and adjust schedules to keep things running smoothly.
• Coordinate financial agreements and ensure clarity for guests.
• Maintain a clear, organized, and inviting office environment for both guests and team members.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the office and team.
