As our Community Liaison (Hospice Marketer / Sales Representative), you’ll be the face of Altus Hospice, championing our mission and promoting our specialized services throughout the community. Your primary focus will be to build meaningful, trust-based relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners—helping families access the compassionate care they deserve. In this key role, you’ll drive census growth by increasing awareness and preference for hospice services, while serving as a knowledgeable, compassionate representative of our team.

- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and healthcare partners, to strengthen collaboration and trust.
- Advocate for our hospice services through regular outreach reflecting our commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
- Position our hospice as the provider of choice across the service area to help us exceed growth and census goals.
- Drive referral growth through intentional visits with referring physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Lead initial conversations with patients and families about hospice care, explaining services and philosophy, and facilitating consent with empathy and respect.
- English and Vietnamese fluency
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; experience may substitute.
- Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare; hospice/palliative marketing preferred.
- Skilled at establishing and maintaining relationships with key staff, marketing contracts, and clinical staff.
- Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts including physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.
- Prior clinical experience is a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
Base pay range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (average). Plus uncapped commission. Compensation determined by relevant experience and responsibilities. Final rate will be discussed and confirmed during interview.
