Qualifications
  • Board-certified rheumatologist passionate about serving underserved populations with barriers to care
  • Comfortable providing care both in person and virtually; interested in growing a practice with patient collaboration in an outpatient setting
  • Mission-focused and proactive in a fast-paced clinical setting
  • Able to work independently in a group setting and seek support/consultation from colleagues
  • Current valid license to practice in the State of Texas
  • Ability to interact with community partners and emergency/psychiatric services to ensure patient safety when higher levels of care are needed
  • Strong computer/technology skills to document in electronic health records, conduct telemedicine visits, and collaborate with colleagues virtually
