Titan Factory Direct is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support our fast‑paced Manufactured Home dealership in Georgetown.
Business is booming, and we are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in an operational leadership role.
Industry‑specific training will be provided.
Position OverviewThe Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all administrative and financial operations of the dealership, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination between sales, finance, contractors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Full office management and administrative oversight
- Loan processing and finance documentation
- Billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping
- Scheduling contractors and coordinating installations
- Paying vendor invoices and managing accounts
- Communicating updates with customers
- Maintaining organized financial and operational records
