As a financial advisor you will develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch teams, a home‑office team, and regional financial advisors. You will partner with clients to achieve long‑term goals such as retirement, wealth building, estate strategies, education funding, and more.

• Build relationships and generate new clients through face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies, including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements.
• Deeply understand clients’ priorities, concerns, and goals to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience aligned with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
• Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired results.
• Create a highly engaging environment founded on trust, respect, accountability, feedback, and mutual trust.

• At least one of the following: bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in securities/financial services; financial services and/or sales experience; financial services registration, licensing, or certification; professional or military career progression.

• SIE (sponsor optional), Series 7 and Series 66 required; registrations may be obtained during assigned paid study period.
• FINRA registrations required within three months. State insurance licenses also required.
• Ongoing training and regulatory CE required to maintain licensure and compliance.

Compensation and benefits include medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (e.g., accident, hospital indemnity, critical illness), disability income continuation, basic life, and AD&D coverage at no cost. 401(k) retirement plan, health savings account (HSA), and flexible spending account (FSA) are available. Paid sick leave, paid time off, and paid parental leave are provided where required by law.

New financial advisor compensation program includes trainee pay, supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions, and new asset compensation for the first five years. Supplemental starting salary range is $45,000 – $100,000.
