What You Will Be Doing- Create and facilitate dynamic, individualized phonics‑focused reading workshops for small groups of gifted K‑2 learners.
- Leverage storytelling and interactive approaches to drive learning acceleration 5‑10x beyond conventional standards.
- Monitor student advancement and modify sessions dynamically to address evolving group requirements.
- Provide individualized and small cohort coaching to generate quantifiable improvement in adaptive literacy and composition applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Available to work on‑site ool in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance available).
- Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years conducting small‑group reading interventions with K‑2 students.
- Background working with gifted or advanced learners in specialized educational settings.
- Skilled in using AI/adaptive learning platforms and interpreting student performance metrics.
- Strong instructional presence with capacity to captivate young students using voice, narrative, and enthusiasm.
- Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.
