This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Georgetown, TX for a Special Education Teacher. The Special Education Teacher will provide exceptional educational experiences to students with diverse learning needs, collaborating with staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Responsibilities include delivering differentiated instruction, tracking student progress, fostering social and emotional growth, and ensuring an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

The teacher will support middle school students within the Montessori framework, promoting independence and critical thinking.

• Experience teaching and working with middle school students, with a focus on Special Education and implementing IEPs
• Knowledge of various disabilities and strategies to support diverse learning needs
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with parents, staff, and students
• Montessori certification or willingness to undergo Montessori training is preferred
• State certification in Special Education or relevant teaching certification
