What You Will Be Doing- Create and facilitate dynamic, differentiated phonics‑based reading sessions for small groups of gifted K‑2 students.
- Employ storytelling and interactive methods to accelerate learning 5‑10x beyond conventional standards.
- Monitor student advancement and adjust sessions on the fly to address each cohort’s unique needs.
- Provide individualized and small‑group coaching to generate measurable improvement in adaptive reading and writing applications.
- Available to work on‑site ool in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance provided).
- Bachelor’s degree and advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years facilitating small‑group reading interventions for K‑2 students.
- Background working with gifted or high‑achieving children in specialized settings.
- Skilled in using AI/adaptive learning tools and interpreting student performance data.
- Strong instructional presence with capability to captivate young learners through voice, storytelling, and enthusiasm.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
