• Create and facilitate dynamic, differentiated phonics‑based reading sessions for small groups of gifted K‑2 students.
• Employ storytelling and interactive methods to accelerate learning 5‑10x beyond conventional standards.
• Monitor student advancement and adjust sessions on the fly to address each cohort’s unique needs.
• Provide individualized and small‑group coaching to generate measurable improvement in adaptive reading and writing applications.

• Available to work on‑site ool in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance provided).
• Bachelor’s degree and advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years facilitating small‑group reading interventions for K‑2 students.
• Background working with gifted or high‑achieving children in specialized settings.
• Skilled in using AI/adaptive learning tools and interpreting student performance data.
• Strong instructional presence with capability to captivate young learners through voice, storytelling, and enthusiasm.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
