What You Will Be Doing- Conduct individual and small-group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating techniques and recognizing measurable progress
- Develop and lead play-based learning sessions that integrate social-emotional learning, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, serving as the instructional model for your team
- Evaluate Guide documentation on a weekly basis to ensure rubric consistency and actionable feedback, facilitating calibration meetings to maintain transparency around milestone achievement
- Author family communications and facilitate team meetings that synchronize priorities and uphold collective standards for campus-wide PreK readiness outcomes
Pre-K Lead Guide key responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related discipline;
Master’s degree or specialized certification preferred - A minimum of 5 years in early childhood education, child development, or a related area
- Demonstrated experience working with groups of children between the ages of 3 and 5
- Documented success designing and delivering play-based educational programs or curricula that promote developmental progress, such as Montessori
- No less than 1 year coaching or supervising a team of educators with measurable performance outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities for family engagement and team coordination
- Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
- Commitment to in-person work at the Alpha Austin campus; relocation support offered as needed

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
