This position is a coaching role, not a traditional teaching assignment. You will guide gifted students to accelerate their learning 5-10x using adaptive software and motivational strategies rather than scripted lesson plans or classroom discipline protocols. • Create and facilitate dynamic, differentiated phonics instruction for small groups of gifted K-2 learners
• Leverage storytelling and interactive methods to drive learning outcomes 5-10x faster than conventional standards
• Monitor individual student advancement and modify instruction on the fly to address each cohort's evolving requirements
• Provide targeted one-on-one and small group coaching to produce quantifiable gains in adaptive reading and writing applications

• Available to work on-site ool in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance offered)
• Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to K-2 students
• Demonstrated experience with gifted or high-performing learners in specialized educational settings
• Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and interpreting student performance data
• Strong instructional presence with proven ability to captivate young learners using voice, narrative techniques, and enthusiasm
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
