• On-site position in Georgetown (Austin), TX
• $100,000 annual salary paid weekly. Health benefits begin day one, plus HSA/FSA and 401(k) Roth

• Create and facilitate dynamic, individualized phonics-based reading workshops for small groups of gifted K-2 students
• Employ storytelling and interactive techniques to generate learning acceleration 5-10x beyond conventional standards
• Monitor student advancement and modify workshops dynamically to address each cohort s evolving needs
• Provide one-on-one and small group coaching sessions to produce measurable gains in adaptive reading and writing applications

• Available to work on-site ool in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance provided)
• Bachelor s degree plus advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years conducting small-group reading interventions with K-2 students
• Demonstrated experience supporting gifted or high-performing children in specialized programs
• Skilled in using AI/adaptive learning tools and analyzing student performance data
• Strong instructional presence with capacity to captivate young learners through vocal delivery, storytelling, and enthusiasm
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
