This role focuses on research, communication, and organization to help travelers create well-structured travel plans.

In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budgets. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble organized travel itineraries. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining accurate documentation.

You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation needs before, during, and after travel when required. This position emphasizes organization, reliability, and high-quality customer service while supporting travelers throughout the planning process.
