In this role, you'll gain hands‑on experience preparing accurate and detailed estimates for heavy civil projects. You'll review and analyze construction drawings, performing take‑offs that support competitive, well‑informed bids. Working closely with experienced estimators, leaders and contractors, you'll learn firsthand how to manage projects from conception through to completion.

This role would suit a construction management graduate who wants career progression, and the opportunity to build a lasting career in heavy civil construction.

• Prepare precise and detailed construction estimates that drive informed project decisions
• Analyze construction drawings and perform accurate take‑offs
• Use Heavy Bid & AGTEK software to perform take offs and cost analysis (training provided)

• Recent Construction Management graduate
• Strong analytical and technical skills with a genuine passion for heavy civil estimating
• Ambitious, motivated, and eager to develop leadership skills while progressing rapidly in a dynamic, growing company
