Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Georgetown, TX, for a Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager. The role involves managing and overseeing all stages of heavy civil construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. The Project Manager will ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices in construction.

The role also involves identifying and resolving project-related challenges and delivering successful outcomes.

• Strong project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Experience with construction methods, materials, and equipment used in heavy civil projects
• Familiarity with safety regulations, quality control standards, and construction codes
• Effective communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Proficiency with project management tools, construction technology, and related software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
• Experience in cost estimation and risk management within civil construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience (minimum of 5 years) in managing heavy civil construction projects
• Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus
