* Responsible for directing daily Tennis Camp activities for boys/girls ages 5-12 and supervising camp counselors. Responsible for the safety and supervision of camp participants and camp instructors.

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
** Active role in organizing and implementing all aspects of the tennis camp program.
* Leads camp instructors and camp participants in all camp activities.
* Maintains camper and instructor discipline as necessary in an appropriate manner.
* Regular punctual attendance is required.
* Serves as liaison between camp instructors and parents of camp participants.
* Maintains daily camp staff schedule and assigns staff to activities as needed. Serves as parent contact for camp when necessary.
* Maintains accident, incident, and behavior report files and follows up on all reports.

* MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

** Experience in camp programming, staff supervision, and extensive tennis knowledge. Strong customer service skills and ability to direct and lead various camp activities while ensuring a safe and fun environment for staff and campers. Must be at least 18 years of age at time of hire.
** CERTIFICATIONS(S)/LICENSES

REQUIRED:

** Valid Class C Texas Driver's License and CPR and First Aid required.
** EMPLOYMENT TESTING:
** Employment is contingent on passing post-offer, pre-employment drug testing and criminal background investigation.

* Work Schedule:

** Monday – Friday, either morning or afternoon shifts.

Camp staff training will start May 25, 2026.Summer Camp will run June1 – August 7, 2026.
** Hiring Range:** $15.50 - $16.50 hourly
