Don Hewlett Chevrolet/Xpress Oil Change Plus in Georgetown TX is currently hiring for seasoned Express Lube Service Advisors at our Express Lube center. This position offers a Base Plus Commission/Incentives type pay plan which is great for the current work environment. Applicants must be customer focused and sales driven and work well in an extremely high-volume environment. We are an employee-oriented, family owned company that is committed to providing superior levels of customer service.

Good computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills are also a must. ADP experience is preferred but not necessary. - Clearly outline customer needs on the repair order with efficiency/accuracy
- Research vehicle service history, inspect the vehicle, and recommend additional services as needed
- Advise the customer of the importance of properly caring for their vehicle and the value of maintaining their vehicle
- Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
- Establish a “promise time” and follow up as needed
- Effectively communicate with the technician(s) working on the customer’s vehicle
- Monitor the progress of the vehicle throughout the day; keeping the customer informed of the status of their vehicle
- Once the service on the vehicle is complete, meet with the customer and thoroughly review the work completed
- Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for customers
- Maintain the highest customer service standards

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
