The RoleYou will serve as the operational backbone - ensuring every deal is complete, compliant, documented correctly, and processed efficiently.
This is a process-driven role that requires consistency, attention to detail, and strong organizational discipline.
Core Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and manage finance and closing documents
- Process loan files and coordinate with lenders
- Maintain compliant, audit-ready deal files
- Handle billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping support
- Schedule contractors and track timelines
- Ensure documentation accuracy before funding
- Support office systems and workflow organization
- Detail-oriented and methodical
- Comfortable working within structured systems
- Strong follow-through and task completion focus
- Able to prioritize multiple deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
- Process-driven and compliance-minded
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Office management, loan processing, or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Salary + Performance Bonuses (Potential $42,000-$70,000 annually)
