San Gabriel Crisis Center is a hub of multiple programs, including crisis, outpatient, substance use, and forensic services. The Office Manager leads the administrative functions of the facility. providing daily and clinical supervision to the team. The Office Manager supports crisis walk-ins, CRU admissions, and other appointments at the Center, ensuring all persons are checked in and have the necessary administrative documents completed to access services.

Critical Impact:
The Office Manager provides administrative oversight and monitoring to support operations of the Center. Leveraging skills in organization, this leader works collaboratively with Program Managers to provide support and solutions. The Office Manager leads the communication with our staff and contractors on strategy for maintaining MCOT’s essential operations, including during emergencies and disasters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service in alignment with the Center’s mission and values
- Serves as the administrative leader for managing inventory, supplies, vehicle fleet, and expenses
- Submits facility work orders and coordinates as needed
- Provide consistent opportunity for 360 degree feedback to Customer Service Representatives, including individualized support, goal setting, and coaching
- Builds relationship with colleagues, collaborating across programs, seeking and offering input towards shared goals and objectives
Location: San Gabriel Crisis Center – Georgetown, Tx
Hourly Salary Range: $20.55- $25.30
- Up to $2.00/hour – Previous experience in a similar role with a community center
- $1.00/hour – 2 year Tenure with BTCS
- $.75.hour – Bilingual

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, one year experience in customer service, strong communication skills, must have valid Texas driver’s license and maintain approved driver’s status throughout employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish
