Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply when applicable criteria are met.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. During major holidays, associates are prepared, requiring product knowledge, problem solving, and merchandise skills.
