Bookkeeper
Salary$20.00 – $28.00 per hour + full benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable including invoice entry, vendor reconciliations, and check runs
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accurate coding and financial reporting
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements across multiple entities
- Support bookkeeping for several small off‑site businesses and maintain organized financial records
- Assist with special projects and general accounting/office functions as needed
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Quick Books
- Experience with AP, reconciliations, and multi‑entity record keeping
- Detail‑oriented with strong time management and multitasking skills
- Able to work onsite full‑time in Georgetown, MA
