Accountant, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk, Financial Reporting

Salary $20.00 – $28.00 per hour + full benefits

Title Accountant

• Stable, privately owned multi-entity business with direct access to ownership
• Broad, hands-on accounting role supporting multiple operating entities
• High visibility position in a small, collaborative office
• Opportunity to work across different POS systems and business lines

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable including invoice entry, vendor reconciliations, and check runs
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accurate coding and financial reporting
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements across multiple entities
• Support bookkeeping for several small off-site businesses and maintain organized financial records
• Assist with special projects and general accounting/office functions as needed

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Quick Books
• Experience with AP, reconciliations, and multi-entity record keeping
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking skills
• Able to work onsite full-time in Georgetown, MA
