Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Shift: 1st-8am to 4pm | 2nd 4pm-12am | 3rd 12a-8am

Here's what we're looking for.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years of transportation, dispatch, or logistics experience preferred
• Experience in a just-in-time (JIT) environment is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
• Strong communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for drivers and customers
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and operational updates
• Ensure accurate and timely communication regarding routes, deliveries, and service issues
• Monitor delivery performance and report delays or abnormal situations
• Maintain working knowledge of DOT Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
• Provide timely service updates and reports to customers
• Document all communications accurately
