Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring multi-skilled individual Maintenance at a local forging company in Georgetown, Ky.

Maintenance Benefits:

* $28.00 - $35.00 /hr pay (includes shift difference and determined based on experience)

* Multiple shifts available
o 2nd shift - 6:00am to 6:00pm (12 hour shifts)
o 3rd shift - 6:00pm to 6:00am (12 hour shifts)

Maintenance Duties:

* Perform all work-related functions in a safe and orderly manner

* Must have strong knowledge and experience with 480v, PLCs, AB Control Logix, or other brands

* Lead and direct the electrical and instrumentation department's reliability and training initiatives

* Electrical reliability programs to improve the reliability of instrumentation and electrical distribution systems

* Lead and direct specialty contractors

* Assist in developing capital project programs for new equipment and major repairs

* Equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards

* Direct and coordinate installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.

* Assessing required maintenance tools and skills required for efficient maintenance of equipment

* Perform any other duties assigned

Maintenance Skill & Education Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical or industrial maintenance preferred

* 1 to 3 years' experience working in a heavy industrial environment with exposure to such safety hazards heavy fork truck traffic, ability to work around steel parts heated to over 2000F and automated equipment such as conveyors and robots

* Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Must be able to communicate and work well with others

* This Maintenance position requires an individual that is self-motivated to continually increase knowledge base to make the Maintenance Department more effective and the company more competitive

* Work schedule flexibility, with or without notice, to accommodate the needs of the business
