: $60k-$75k with commission

Schedule
:
Remote/Hybrid, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM with travel up to 60%

How You’ll Do It
  • Identify, prospect, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers at Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive manufacturing suppliers.
  • Understand their unique needs, present our products/services effectively, and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
    • Both a hunting and farming mentality when it comes to clients and customers.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet our clients  needs.
    • Analyzing market trends and competition to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Creating and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
    What You’ll Bring

    Role
    :
    This is an experienced hire role, and you’ll need to bring 1-3 years of verifiable sales experience in the automotive landscape with quality and/or 3rd party sorting background. Here’s what else we’re looking for:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • Must reside in Michigan
    • Strong affinity for business development, including service and marketing calls
    • A desire to increase business opportunities in your market by being actively involved in the community
    • Troubleshooting abilities to resolve problems or complaints of clients
    • Must have reliable transportation, valid Driver’s License and ability to use personal vehicle daily to successfully perform job duties
    • The ability to understand and apply basic business acumen and financial concepts
    • Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Physical Requirements

    The staff associate must be able to drive a motor vehicle 60-75% of the time, visit other office locations, prospects or new clients. The role requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand/eye coordination, dexterity, and the ability to read and write. The person may need to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
