The Sales Administrator will support four factory locations by managing purchase orders and ensuring timely processing and delivery. This role involves regular email communication with designated plant contacts, addressing inquiries, and providing updates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing purchase order tickets in Salesforce
• Coordinating weekly or biweekly reporting meetings with each plant
• Utilizing systems such as JDE, Salesforce, and Ariba

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, customer service, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to navigate multiple business systems

• Experience in manufacturing or inside sales
