This role is heavily focused on die manufacturing and launch support, requiring both technical and hand skills.
Key Responsibilities- Toolroom/shop activities:
Hands‑on support for die line tryouts with Die Manufacturing and NAMC pilot teams. - Die tryout and countermeasure setting:
Support at NAMC and guide corrective actions. - Data and documentation:
Feedback for die design reviews, activity documentation, handover, and reflection. - Safety, quality, productivity checks:
Ensure compliance during die and part confirmation.
- Strong small tool hand skills.
- 5+ years of Tool & Die experience.
- Basic computer skills:
Microsoft Office, Data entry, XVL viewing, printing. - Willingness to learn Quick Base software.
