This role is heavily focused on die manufacturing and launch support, requiring both technical and hand skills.

• Toolroom/shop activities:
  Hands‑on support for die line tryouts with Die Manufacturing and NAMC pilot teams.
• Die tryout and countermeasure setting:
  Support at NAMC and guide corrective actions.
• Data and documentation:
  Feedback for die design reviews, activity documentation, handover, and reflection.
• Safety, quality, productivity checks:
  Ensure compliance during die and part confirmation.

• Strong small tool hand skills.
• 5+ years of Tool & Die experience.
• Basic computer skills:
  Microsoft Office, Data entry, XVL viewing, printing.
• Willingness to learn Quick Base software.

• Good communication (written and verbal) for internal/external collaboration.
• Ability to lead and coordinate across teams.

• Ability to travel (domestic and international).
