Responsibilities
- Role Description :
Provide second-level end user support for computer systems (software, hardware) and equipment (printer, plotter, and telecommunication devices). Troubleshoot problems and perform equipment repair and replacement. Provide support for on-site conference meetings (video conference, web meeting).
Desired Experience : 5.00 yrs.
RequirementsTeam work. Technical ability to troubleshoot production hardware &/or software issues. Able to work alternate shifts and overtime.
Skills & Qualifications- Previous plant floor support.
Should have experience on Mobile Devices
