Radiation Oncology Provider

Required Skills:

Valid medical licensure and certifications in radiation oncology
Proven experience in radiation treatment planning and delivery
Strong understanding of oncology protocols and safety procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Proficiency with radiation oncology equipment and electronic health records

Nice to Have

Skills:

Advanced certifications in radiation oncology or related specialties
Experience with advanced radiation therapy technologies
Prior experience in a hospital or academic setting
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred

Education and Experience:

MD, DO, or relevant medical degree with board certification in radiation oncology
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in radiation oncology
Prior staffing or locum experience is advantageous

Other Requirements:

Must possess current licensure and certifications relevant to radiation oncology practice
Flexible availability during the scheduled coverage period
Willingness to travel if required for specialized equipment training or meetings
Ability to adapt to different clinical workflows and EMR systems
