This role is 100% ONSITE, no remote work offered - LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.

• Monthly Journal Corrections/Accruals for E & F (Operating & Capital)
• Monthly and YTD Expense Reporting for E & F (Operating & Capital)
• Fiscal Year Budget Planning for FP 1-3 (Operating);
  Assist E & F FY Budget Planning & Implementation
• Capital Project Support & Management through entire cost process. Processing PRs, Cost Log Tracking & reconciliation, generating reports, Invoicing/receipting, and vendor Ariba support.
• Point of contact for vendors, A&F and purchasing.
• Facilitate in Onboarding and training of new hires. Facilitate in the tracking/reporting of training completion status.
• FP 1-3 admin support for SharePoint, Plan Grid, Bluebeam, & other systems.
• Weekly Project Reporting and Communications to Management.
• General support for FP 1-3 Group Manager and entire team.

• Experience preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial Closing and Analysis.
• Analyze Operating Budget, Forecasts, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
  Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, and/or SharePoint.
• Strong experience MS Excel (VLOOKUP's, Sum, IF, Pivot Tables).
• Proficiency in Oracle People Soft and/or SAP/Ariba financial systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced & ever evolving work environment.
